摘　　要：通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,针对现阶段存在体技能环节薄弱、赛前心理不稳定以及成套中出现的问题等,对水中健身操运动员竞技能力结构进行系统化分析,为水中健身操项目发展提供理论性建议,同时对提高水中健身操项目赛事成绩出谋划策.This article applies the literature data method,expert interview method,questionnaire methods and mathematical statistics method and systematically analyzes the competitive ability structure of water aerobics athletes for the development of water aerobics projects in view of the current weak physical skills,pre-match psychological instability and problems in the complete set,providing theoretical advice,and at the same time presenting suggestions for improving the performance of water aerobics events.
