摘　　要：随着终身学习理念的不断深入,开放教育导学教师如何更好地通过自身的能力素质影响并引导学生,以独到的行为方式实现教育教学目标,是当前开放教育领域亟待解决的问题。文章将胜任力引入开放教育导学教师研究,探讨如何从能力素质(输入)、行动过程(过程)及绩效检验(输出)三个方面构建开放教育导学教师胜任力模型,以期更好地指导工作实践。With the continuous deepening of lifelong learning, how the tutors of open education better guide students through their own abilities and qualities and achieve educational goals with their unique behaviors is an urgent problem in the field of open education. This article introduces a tutors’ competency model into the study of open education, and explores how to build the model through competency(input), teaching process(process), and performance evaluation(output) with a view to better guide their teaching.
