摘 要:为了评估抗草甘膦转基因大豆对土壤生态系统的安全性,采用田间随机区组设计方法,研究了抗草甘膦转基因大豆对土壤细菌、放线菌、真菌数量的影响。结果表明:只有R1期抗草甘膦转基因大豆(喷洒1125.0 ga.i/hm^2草甘膦)根际土壤中细菌和真菌数量显著降低,R4期抗草甘膦转基因大豆(喷洒1125.0 ga.i/hm^2草甘膦)根际土壤中真菌数量显著降低。而抗草甘膦转基因大豆,抗草甘膦转基因大豆(喷洒1125.0 ga.i/hm^2草甘膦)与传统大豆东农50在VE、R8期,对根际土壤细菌、真菌、放线菌数量无显著影响。In order to evaluate the safety of roundup ready soybean to soil ecosystem,the effects of roundup ready soybean on soil bacteria,actinomycetes,fungi were studied by a random field design method.The results showed that only R1 stage the number of bacteria and fungi in Rhizosphere soil of roundup ready soybean(sprayed with 1125.0 ga.i/hm^2 glyphosate)decreased significantly.In the R4 stage,the number of fungi in the rhizosphere soil of roundup ready soybean(sprayed with 1125.0 ga.i/hm^2 glyphosate)was significantly reduced.Roundup ready soybean(sprayed with 1125.0ga.i/hm^2 glyphosate)and traditional soybean Dongnong 50 at VE,R8 stage had no significant effect on the number of bacteria,fungi,actinomycetes of rhizosphere soil.
