摘  要:以岗位胜任力为导向,我院通过调研康复治疗技术专业毕业生就业岗位,了解其职业发展,分析其工作任务,提炼岗位能力,制定了专业人才培养目标,确定好对应岗位能力的课程,从而构建了康复治疗技术专业“三阶段四模块五能力”课程体系,并采取以下措施实施课程体系:开发课程标准和教学资源,建设专业教学资源库;推广资源库应用,开展混合式教学,设计教学多元评估;建设功能多元化的康复治疗技术实训中心,拓宽校外实习基地。Guided by job competencies,our college has established the curriculum system of“three stages,four modules and five abilities”for the rehabilitation treatment technology major by investigating the employment positions of the graduates of rehabilitation treatment technology major,understanding their career development,analyzing their work tasks,refining their post abilities,formulating the training objectives of professional talents,and determining the courses corresponding to their post abilities.The following measures have been taken to implement the curriculum system Curriculum system:Develop curriculum standards and teaching resources,build professional teaching resource database;promote the application of resource database,carry out mixed teaching,design teaching multiple evaluation;build rehabilitation treatment technology training center with multiple functions,and expand the off campus practice base.
