摘  要:目的探索同伴互助学习联合以问题为基础学习的教学效果。方法以中国医科大学2018级临床医学专业本科生整合班60人为研究对象,随机选取30人为实验组,30人为对照组。对照组和实验组均在《人体形态学》中开展16学时的PBL教学,实验组在PBL的基础上结合PAL学习。课后应用问卷调查和阶段考试的方式进行效果评价。结果实验组学生的课外自学时间和阶段考试成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组学生相比,实验组学生更加认可PBL结合PAL教学,此模式有利于培养学生团队协作能力(P<0.05)、交流沟通能力(P<0.05)及教学反思能力(P<0.01),其对知识体系掌握的感知(P<0.01)和获得同伴支持与帮助的感知(P<0.01)也更高。结论在PBL中开展PAL有利于提高学生学习成绩,加强能力培养,是对PBL的完善和补充。Objective To explore the methods and effects of Peer-assisted Learning(PAL)in Problem-based Learning(PBL).Methods A total of 60 undergraduate students(clinical medicine major)in China Medical University(2018 Grade)were selected as the experimental subjects.30 patients were randomly selected as the experimental group and 30 were the control group.Both the control group and the experimental group carried out 16 hours of PBL teaching in Human Morphology Course,and the experimental group were also organized to carry out PAL.After the class,the questionnaire survey and the stage exam were used to evaluate the teaching effect.Results The extracurricular self-study time and the stage examination scores of the experimental group students were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The experimental group students recognized that teaching is conducive to the cultivation of teamwork ability(P<0.05),training communication skills(P<0.05),teaching is conducive to the cultivation of teaching reflection ability(P<0.01),and the perception of knowledge system(P<0.01)and the perception of peer support and help(P<0.01)is also higher.Conclusion The development of PAL in PBL is helpful to improving academic performance and strengthening ability development.PAL is a perfect and useful supplement to PBL.
