摘　　要：在“双一流”大学建设成为国家重大战略决策的新形势下,医学实验技术队伍建设与发展迟缓的问题日益突出。选取西安交通大学医学部实验教师进行了问卷调查和走访请教,并对调查结果进行了数据分析,归纳高校医学实验队伍中存在的问题,探讨其改进策略,从而推动医学实验技术队伍建设的进程。In new era that the construction of“double first-class”universities has been an important strategic decision of our country,the problems of the construction and development of medical experimental technology team become more obvious.In this paper,the medical experimental teachers of Xi’an Jiaotong University Health Medical Science Center were selected for questionnaire survey and interview,and the survey results were analyzed.This paper summarizes the problems existing in the medical experimental teams in colleges and universities,and probes into their improvement strategies,so as to promote the construction of medical experimental technical teams.
