摘  要:为了探讨红米恢复系的选育方法,本文以贵红1号×蜀恢498 F5群体中通过MAS的方法选择了10株含有恢复因子的单株建立株系,并以此为父本,选择了5个不育系为母本(其中三系不育系3个、光-温两用核不育系2个)按照(NCII)设计配制50个组合,对所配制组合的8个农艺性状的配合力及遗传参数进行分析。结果表明:(1)所选择的10个株系所配组合,无论是两系还是三系,结实都基本正常,表明恢复系的恢复力正常;(2)参试组合的株高、有效穗数、千粒重、实粒数、每穗总粒数、结实率、单株产量主要受基因加性效应影响,但其中株高、有效穗、千粒重、实粒数、结实率的特殊配合力方差也占一定的比例,非加性作用也比较明显。而穗长上主要受基因加性效应和基因非加性效应互作的共同影响;杂交组合的穗长、千粒重的表现更多的依赖于不育系,有效穗数、每穗总粒数、结实率主要取决于恢复系,株高、实粒数、单株产量要综合双亲的表现;(3)编号为R9、R6、R8为配合力好的亲本,R9具有最好的一般配合力(GCA)效应值;R8×粮98s、R7×粮98s、R9×209A、R6×209A为较优组合,R8×粮98s特殊配合力(SCA)最优。10 individual plants containing restorer factors were selected by marker-assisted selection(MAS)in Guihong No.1×Shuhui 498 F5 population to establish lines in order to explore the breeding method of red rice restorer lines.Using this as the male parent,five male sterile lines were selected as the female parent(including 3 three-line sterile lines and 2 light-temperature dual-purpose genic sterile line).50 combinations were prepared according to the(NCII)design,and the combining ability and genetic parameters of 8 agronomic traits of the formulated combination treatyments were analyzed.The results showed that(1)The seed set of the 10 selected lines,no matter two or three lines,was basically normal,indicating that the restoring ability of the restoring lines was normal;(2)The plant height,effective panicle number,1000-grain weight,filled grain number,total grain number per panicle,and seed setting rate,and yield per plant of the tested combination treatments were mainly affected by additive effects of genes,but among them,the special combining ability variance of plant height,effective number of panicles,1000-grain weight,filled grain number and seed setting rate also accouned for a certain proportion,and the non-additive effect was also obvious.The panicle length was mainly affected by the interaction of gene additive effects and gene non-additive effects.the performance of panicle length and 1000-grain weight of the hybrid combination depended more on the sterile line.The number of effective panicles,the total number of grains per panicle,and the seed setting rate mainly depended on the restorer lines.Plant height,filled grain number,and yield per plant should be combined with the performance of parents;(3)R9,R6,and R8 were the parents with good combining ability,and R9 had the best general combining ability(GCA).R8×Liang 98 s,R7×Liang 98 s,R9×209 A,R6×209 A were better combinations,and R8×Liang 98 s had the best special combining ability(SCA).
