摘　　要：本文基于认知理论、资源拼凑理论,将网络洞察与环境洞察的概念引入孵化网络领域研究,提出在孵企业网络洞察和在孵企业网络外部环境洞察的概念,采用回归分析探讨在孵企业网络洞察在资源拼凑中介作用下对创业绩效的影响机理,以及在孵企业网络外部环境洞察的调节作用。研究表明:在孵企业网络规模洞察、网络位置洞察、网络关系洞察对资源拼凑与创业绩效有正向影响;资源拼凑部分中介了在孵企业网络规模洞察、网络位置洞察、网络关系洞察与创业绩效的关系;在孵企业网络外部环境洞察正向调节了资源拼凑与创业绩效之间的关系。Based on cognitive theory and resource bricolage theory,this paper introduces the concept of network insight and environmental insight into the research field of incubation network,and proposes the concept of incubated enterprise network insight and incubated enterprise network external environment insight.Using regression analysis to explore the impact mechanism of incubated enterprise network insight on entrepreneurial performance under the mediation of resource bricolage,and the moderation effect of incubated enterprise network external environment insight.The results show that incubated enterprise network scale insight,network position insight and network relationship insight have positive effect on resource bricolage and entrepreneurial performance.Resource bricolage plays a partial mediating role between incubated enterprise network scale insight,network position insight,network relationship insight and entrepreneurial performance.The ability of network external environment insight positively moderates the relationship between resource bricolage and entrepreneurial performance.
