摘　　要：振动和噪声参数是判断汽车车桥主减速器性能两个重要指标,文章提出采用压电式加速度传感器和噪声声级计对车桥主减速器振动信号和噪音信号进行采集,并利用信号分析技术和智能方法,提炼出车桥主减特征信号,进而实现车桥主减速器运动品质的检测,文章所研制的检测系统对于生产实践有重要的指导价值。Vibration and noise parameters are two important indicators for judging the performance of the main axle reducer of the vehicle axle. Reduce the characteristic signal, and then realize the detection of the movement quality of the axle main reducer. The detection system developed by the article has important guiding value for production practice.
