摘　　要：文章详细描述了变矩器闭锁离合器的摩擦片失效故障,从液力变矩器的结构上进行了分析,校核了原始设计,确定了失效的根本原因,设计了新的改进方案,并实施了验证试验。The paper describes the friction plate fault of the lock up clutch in the hydraulic torque converter, analyzes the probable causes of friction plate fault based on the structure of hydraulic torque converter, check the original design, determines the fundamental cause, update design and carry out verification test.
