摘  要:热塑性弹性体材料既拥有类似塑料的可塑性,又具有类似橡胶的弹性,因此热塑性弹性体在汽车制造工业中得到迅速的发展。文章调研了全动态硫化型热塑弹性体(TPV)材料性能和应用现状,并对不同硬度等级的TPV进行了较为全面的性能测试,分析了其在进气系统中应用的可行性,同时将其在轻卡空滤器出气管路上进行了试用,结果表明其耐压、密封、老化等性能完全满足整车使用要求。Thermoplastic elastomer material has both plastic-like plasticity and rubber-like elasticity,therefore thermo-plastic elastomers have developed rapidly in the automobile manufacturing industry. This paper investigates the properties and application status of fully dynamic vulcanized thermoplastic elastomer(TPV) material, the TPV with different hardness levels were tested comprehensively, and the feasibility of application in the intake system was analyzed. At the same time, fully dynamic vulcanized thermoplastic elastomer(TPV) material was tested on the air line of the light truck air filter, the results show that its pressure resistance, sealing, aging and other properties fully meet the requirements of the vehicle.
