摘 要:等速技术在康复医学领域中具有高安全性、可重复性、客观性等优点,在临床得到了广泛应用。本文重点阐述近年来等速技术应用于脑卒中患者康复评定和康复训练的研究进展,并综述弹力带阻抗运动训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者肌力、耐力等运动功能的影响,对比两种训练方法的优缺点,探讨弹力带阻抗运动训练替代等速肌力训练作为偏瘫肌力训练器材的可能性。Isokinetic technique has been widely used in the field of rehabilitation medicine,which has the advantages of high safety,repeatability and objectivity.This paper focuses on the research progress of isokinetic technique in rehabilitation assessment and rehabilitation training of stroke patients in recent years,and summarizes the effects of resistance exercise by elastic band on muscle strength,endurance and other motor functions of stroke patients with hemiplegia.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the two training methods,the possibility of replacing muscle strength training equipment with isokinetic muscle strength training by elastic resistance exercise for hemiplegia was discussed.
