健脾散联合双岐三联活菌片对慢性腹泻患者免疫功能及炎症因子的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析健脾散联合双歧三联活菌片治疗慢性腹泻对免疫功能及炎症因子的影响。方法:2016年1月-2018年12月收治慢性腹泻患者80例,按不同用药方案分为两组,各40例。对照组给予蒙脱石散联合双歧三联活菌片治疗;观察组采用健脾散联合双歧三联活菌片治疗。比较两组免疫功能及炎症因子各项指标水平。结果:观察组治疗后免疫功能指标IgA、IgG水平均显著高于对照组,炎症因子IL-6、hs-CRP、TNF-α水平均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:慢性腹泻患者采用健脾散联合双歧三联活菌片治疗,可显著提高患者免疫功能,缓解炎症反应。Objective:To explore the effect of Jianpi powder combined with bifidus triple viable tablet on immune function and inflammatory factors in patients with chronic diarrhea.Methods:From January 2016 to December 2018,80 patients with chronic diarrhea were selected,and they were divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group according to different drug regimens.The control group was treated with montmorillonite powder combined with bifidus triple viable tablet.The observation group was treated with Jianpi powder and bifidus triple viable tablet.We compared the levels of immune function and inflammatory factors between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of IgA and IgG in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the levels of IL-6,hs CRP and TNF-α were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Jianpi powder combined with bifidus triple viable tablet in patients with chronic diarrhea can significantly improve the immune function and alleviate the inflammatory reaction.
