摘 要:目的探讨IL-19/IL-20基因多态性与中国汉族人群结直肠癌(CRC)易感的相关性。方法以中国汉族人群为研究对象,选取2018年2月至2019年2月于西部战区总医院就诊的94例CRC患者作为病例组,另选取同一时期在该院接受常规体检的94例健康体检者作为对照组。采用Haploview软件进行标签位点的分析,筛选出IL-19基因的4个单核苷酸多态性位点(rs1028182、rs2243158、rs2243191、rs1798)和IL-20基因的1个单核苷酸多态性位点(rs1400986);并采用SNP stream超高通量基因分型系统,对所选多态性位点的基因型进行检测;采用SPSS软件统计分析对照组与病例组间各SNP位点等位基因频率和基因型频率的分布差异,并通过SNP stats在线平台构建其单倍型。结果IL-19/IL-20基因所选5个SNP位点的等位基因和基因型频率分布及单倍型在受试两组间的分布比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论所选IL-19/IL-20基因多态性位点可能与中国汉族人群CRC的发生发展无相关性。Objective To investigate the correlation between IL-19/IL-20 gene polymorphisms and susceptibility to colorectal cancer(CRC)in Chinese Han population.Methods The Chinese Han Population who visited the General Hospital of the Western Theater Command from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the study subjects.A total of 94 CRC patients and 94 healthy people who received routine physical examination were enrolled in the case group and the control group respectively.Haploview software was used to analyze the Tag SNPs(single nucleotide polymorphisms).Four SNPs of IL-19 gene(rs1028182,rs2243158,rs2243191,rs1798)and one SNP(rs1400986)of IL-20 gene were screened out.The SNP stream ultrahigh throughput genotyping system was used to detect the genotypes of the selected SNPs.SPSS software was used to analyze the distribution difference of allele frequency and genotype frequency of each SNP locus between the control group and the case group.The haplotype was constructed by the SNP Stats online platform.Results The frequency distribution of alleles and genotypes of the 5 SNPs selected for IL-19/IL-20 and the distribution of haplotypes between the two groups showed no statistically significant differences(P>0.05).Conclusion The selected SNPs for IL-19/IL-20 may have no correlation with the occurrence and development of CRC in Chinese Han population.
