摘　　要：由于在中本贯通实践中出现了人才培养过程"断层"问题以及从基本能力到综合能力的有效衔接问题,使得中本贯通一体化管理机制的建立尤为关键。明确了中本贯通一体化管理机制须从顶层设计、课程设计、师资建设、教学资源等方面展开,提出了从"中本联合"转为"中本联动"、从"阶段指导"转为"过程管理"、从"双方参与"到"三方协同"等保障策略。Because of the"fault"problem in the process of talent training and the lack of effective connection from basic ability to comprehensive ability in the connection between secondary and higher vocational education,the establishment of the integrative management mechanism of connection between secondary and higher vocational education is particularly critical.This paper confirmed that integrative management mechanism for connection between secondary and higher vocational education should be implemented from top-level design,curriculum design,teacher construction and teaching resources,and safeguard strategies should include"transferring from association to linkage""transferring from stage guidance to process management""transferring from two-side involved to three-side synergy".
