《LS7健康管理手册》在乳腺癌患者心血管健康管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨《LS7健康管理手册》在乳腺癌患者心血管健康管理中的应用效果。方法依据美国心脏协会倡导的理想心血管健康指南Life’s Simple 7(LS7),结合临床肿瘤患者常见心血管健康问题,形成基于LS7防治乳腺癌治疗相关心血管系统损害研究的手册提纲,由肿瘤、心血管内科、护理、康复、营养等领域专家进行评议修订,征求患者和家属意见再进行调整,形成正式手册后应用于30例乳腺癌患者。应用手册前、1个月后,采用LS7评估量表评价患者LS7总评分和7项心血管健康指标。结果应用手册前、1个月后,患者LS7总评分分别是10.20±2.14、11.96±1.54,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。应用手册1个月后,患者身体活动和饮食2项指标改善明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);体质量指数、总胆固醇、血压、空腹血糖4项指标评分均有上升趋势,但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论手册的编写和应用贴合临床需求,有助于医护人员对乳腺癌患者进行规范、全面的心血管健康管理,进而有效帮助乳腺癌患者改变不良的生活方式和习惯,为LS7防治乳腺癌治疗相关心血管系统损害的研究提供了依据和保障。Objective To explore the effect of the health management handbook of Life’s Simple 7 in cardiovascular health management of breast cancer patients.Methods According to the ideal cardiovascular health guideline life’s simple 7(LS7)advocated by the American Heart Association,combined with the common cardiovascular health problems of patients with cancer,the outline of the researches on cardiovascular system damage related to breast cancer treatment based on LS7 was formulated,which was reviewed and revised by experts in oncology,cardiovascular medicine,nursing,rehabilitation,nutrition and other fields.After consulting the opinions of patients and their families,the handbook was applied to 30 patients with breast cancer.The total LS7 score and seven cardiovascular health indicators were evaluated by the LS7 assessment scale before and after one month of the application of the manual.Results One month before and after the application of the handbook,the total LS7 score was 10.20±2.14 and 11.96±1.54 respectively(P<0.05).After a month of the application,the two indexes of physical activity and diet significantly improved(P<0.05).Body mass index,total cholesterol,blood pressure and fasting blood glucose all showed an upward trend with no statistically significant differences(P>0.05).Conclusion The handbook worked out in accordance with the clinical requirements is conducive to the standardized and comprehensive cardiovascular health management of breast cancer patients by medical staff.It also effectively helps breast cancer patients to change their adverse lifestyle and habits.What’s more,it provides a basis and guarantee for the researches on the prevention and treatment by LS7 of breast cancer related cardiovascular system damage.
