摘  要:目的应用相干光断层扫描(OCT)观察分析形觉剥夺性弱视大鼠视网膜神经纤维层(RNFL)及视网膜厚度(RT)的变化规律。方法选取健康SD大鼠,将其鼠眼随机分为单眼视觉剥夺组、单眼对照组、双眼视觉剥夺组和正常双眼对照组,应用OCT检查观察分析单眼视觉剥夺组(11只眼)、双眼视觉剥夺组(29只眼)和对照组(20只眼)大鼠(视盘周围)RNFL的厚度及单眼视觉剥夺组(12只眼)、双眼视觉剥夺组(15只眼)和对照组(24只眼)大鼠(视盘周围)RT厚度的变化。结果在视网膜神经纤维层厚度的比较中,各组两两比较,双眼剥夺组视网膜神经纤维层厚度[(51.50±4.54)μm]小于单眼剥夺组[(57.73±6.90)μm],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);双眼剥夺组视网膜神经纤维层厚度[(51.50±4.54)μm]小于对照组[(56.75±8.41)μm],差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);单眼剥夺组视网膜神经纤维层厚度[(57.73±6.90)μm]大于对照组[(56.75±8.41)μm],差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在视网膜厚度的比较中,各组两两比较,单眼剥夺组网膜厚度[(212.40±11.66)μm]大于双眼视觉剥夺组[(198.36±13.60)μm],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);单眼剥夺组视网膜厚度[(212.40±11.66)μm]大于对照组[(195.61±10.89)μm],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);双眼剥夺组视网膜视网膜厚度[(198.36±13.60)μm]大于对照组[(195.61±10.89)μm],差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论形觉剥夺性弱视大鼠视网膜神经纤维层和视网膜厚度均发生变化,两者发生的变化不完全相同;且单眼和双眼形觉剥夺对两者的变化存在不同影响。Objective To observe and analyze how the Retinal Nerve Fiber Layer Thickness(RNFLT)and RT change in form-deprived amblyopic rats by Optical Coherence Tomography(OCT).Methods A batch of healthy SpragueDawley rats were randomized into monocular deprivation(MD)group,monocular control(MC)group,binocular deprivation(BD)group and binocular control(BC)group.The changes of RNFLT around the optic disc in MD group(11 eyes),BD group(29 eyes)and the control group(20 eyes)were observed and analyzed by OCT,so were the changes of RT around the optic disc in MD group(12 eyes),BD group(15 eyes)and the control group(24 eyes).Results In the pairwise comparison of RNFLT,the RNFLT of BD group[(51.50±4.54)μm]was thinner than that of MD group[(57.73±6.90)μm]with statistical significance(P<0.05).The RNFLT of BD group[(51.50±4.54)μm]was thinner than that of the control group[(56.75±8.41)μm]without statistical significance(P>0.05).The RNFLT of MD group[(57.73±6.90)μm]was thicker than that of the control group[(56.75±8.41)μm]without statistical significance(P>0.05).In the pairwise comparison of RT,the RT of MD group[(212.40±11.66)μm]was thicker than that of BD group[(198.36±13.60)μm]with statistical significance(P<0.05).The RT of MD group[(212.40±11.66)μm]was thicker than that of the control group[(195.61±10.89)μm]with statistical significance(P<0.05).The RT of BD group[(195.61±10.89)μm]was thicker than that of the control group[(198.36±13.60)μm]without statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion Both RNFLT and RT change in form-deprived amblyopic rats,but the changes are not exactly the same.Additionally,monocular and binocular deprivation exert different influence on RNFLT and RT.
