早期肠内营养添加益生菌对重症脑出血患者的效果观察

摘　　要：目的研究早期肠内营养添加益生菌对重症脑出血患者的效果。方法选取2017年7月-2019年6月期间入住医院ICU的62例重症脑出血患者,经家属知情同意,随机分成鼻空肠管添加双歧杆菌四联活菌片组(添加组,31例)和鼻空肠管不添加益生菌组(对照组,31例),比较治疗后两组患者的营养评估指标和胃肠道并发症发生率。结果添加组患者在治疗第1天、第5天、第10天血清白蛋白(ALB)、肌酐(CR)和外周血淋巴细胞(PBL)均与对照组患者无显著性差异(P>0.05),而在治疗第15天这3项指标均显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05);添加组患者在治疗期间胃肠道并发症发生率显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论重症脑出血患者进行早期肠内营养治疗时添加益生菌,能改善其营养评估指标及降低胃肠道并发症发生率。Objective To explore the curative effect of probiotics-combined early enteral nutrition treatment in the treatment of patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage.Methods With informed consent from the patients’family members,a total of 62 subjects with severe cerebral hemorrhage admitted in ICU from July 2017 to June 2019 were averagely randomized into the experimental group(with probiotics)and the control group(without probiotics).Nutrition assessment indicators and incidence of gastrointestinal complications were compared between the two groups after the treatment.Results There was no significant difference in ALB,CR and PBL between the two groups on the 1st,5th,10 th day(P>0.05).However,the aforementioned three indicators of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group on the 15th day(P<0.05).Additionally,the incidence of gastrointestinal complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group during the treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Probiotics-combined early enteral nutrition can improve nutrition assessment indicators and reduce the incidence of gastrointestinal complications during the treatment of patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage.
