摘　　要：白藜芦醇(Resveratrol)是一种天然多元酚类化合物,具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗衰老、抗肿瘤、神经保护和心血管保护等作用。研究表明,白藜芦醇对头颈部肿瘤具有一定的治疗作用,不仅能抑制癌细胞增殖、诱导癌细胞凋亡和再分化,还能阻碍癌细胞的侵袭和转移。对白藜芦醇防治头颈部肿瘤的体内外研究进展作一综述。Resveratrol is a natural polyphenolic compound with anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidant,anti-aging,anti-tumor,neuroprotective and cardiovascular protection effects.Studies have shown that resveratrol has a certain therapeutic effect on head and neck cancer,not only can inhibit cancer cell proliferation,induce apoptosis and re-differentiation of cancer cells,but also inhibit the invasion and metastasis of cancer cells.This article reviews the progress of resveratrol in the prevention and treatment of head and neck tumors in vitro and in vivo.
