On the Application of You-Attitude in Business Activities

摘  要:You-attitude,that is reader-targeted attitude has been seen as an important principle in business activities.Some people considered You-Attitude an effective psychological skill to highlight the interests of readers only by using the pronoun-you in ev⁃ery single sentence.However,the idea is not comprehensive enough.It holds that You-Attitude is mainly an attitude of thought,which reflects the writer’s sincere concern for the interests and interests of readers.Non-verbal communication,which is as impor⁃tant as verbal communication also plays an irreplaceable role in business communication.Because it is an important means for peo⁃ple to exchange ideas and feelings.This article will introduce the application of you-attitude mainly from two aspects:Verbal Com⁃munication and Nonverbal Communication.
