摘　　要：作为促进我国国民经济增长的支柱产业,建筑行业的信息化发展具有重要意义。相对于其他各个行业来说,建筑行业自身具有一定的特殊性,更加需要通过信息化建设实现企业运营以及管理工作质量的提升。但是根据目前的情况来看,我国建筑行业中信息化建设工作存在多方面的不良情况,其中最为显著的就是“信息孤岛”现象,为了改善这种情况,论文对建筑企业信息化建设中的供应链集成管理策略进行了分析。As a pillar industry to promote the growth of China's national economy,the informatization development of the construction industry is of great significance.Compared with every other industry,the construction industry has its own particularity,and it is more necessary to achieve the quality improvement of enterprise operation and management work through informatization construction.However,according to the current situation,there are various adverse situations existing in the construction industry of China,among which the most obvious is the phenomenon of"information island".In order to improve this situation,this paper analyzes the supply chain integrated management strategy in informatization construction of construction enterprises.
