摘　　要：综合素质高、应用实力强、创新能力强等是对旅游管理人才提出的新标准,也是高校旅游管理专业人才培养的核心。探究如何创新我国旅游人才的培养模式对培养旅游管理专业应用型人才建设具有深远的影响。High comprehensive quality,strong application strength and strong innovation ability are the new standards for tourism management talents,and are also the core of tourism management specialty talents training in colleges and universities.Exploring how to innovate the training mode of tourism talents in China has a far-reaching impact on the construction of application-oriented talents in tourism management specialty.
