复方嗜酸乳杆菌联合活菌肠溶胶囊对便秘型肠易激综合征患者胃肠激素和炎症因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探究复方嗜酸乳杆菌联合活菌肠溶胶囊治疗便秘型肠易激综合征(C-IBS)的疗效及胃肠激素和炎症因子水平的影响。方法选取C-IBS患者136例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=68)和对照组(n=68)。对照组采用单纯的活菌肠溶胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合复方嗜酸杆菌治疗。两组患者均连续治疗2个月,比较两组患者治疗前后的症状情况、炎症因子、疗效以及生活质量评分的变化。结果治疗后观察组患者腹痛、腹胀、便秘、便秘次数相关症状评分明显低于对照组,生活质量评分总分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t分别=13.96、8.39、7.40、6.26、-7.76,P均<0.05);治疗后观察组患者的一氧化氮(NO)、生长抑素(SS)和血管活性肠肽(VIP)水平均低于对照组,胃动素的含量明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t分别=6.75、6.58、5.25、-5.80,P均<0.05);观察组的总有效率为98.53%明显高于对照组85.29%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.98,P<0.05)。结论复方嗜酸乳杆菌联合活菌肠溶胶囊能改善C-IBS患者的相关症状,提高患者的胃肠激素水平和生活质量,降低炎症因子水平。Objective To explore the effect of compound lactobacillus acidophilus combined with living bacteria enteric capsules on gastrointestinal hormone and inflammatory factor levels in constipation irritable bowel syndrome(C-IBS)patients.Methods Totally 136 cases of C-IBS were selected and randomized into observation group and control group with 68 cases in each.The control group was treated with live bacteria enteric capsules,and the observation group was received compound lactobacillus acidophilus on the basis of the treatment of control group.They were treated continuously for 2 months,and the symptoms,inflammatory factors,efficacy,and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the scores of abdominal pain,bloating,constipation,and constipation frequency in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the total scores of quality of life was higher than the control group(t=13.96,8.39,7.40,6.26,-7.76,P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of nitric oxide(NO),somatostatin(SS),and vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the content of motilin was significantly higher than that in the control group(t=6.75,6.58,5.25,-5.80,P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.53%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(χ2=3.98,P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Lactobacillus acidophilus combined with live bacteria enteric capsules can improve the symptoms of patients with C-IBS,improve the levels of gastrointestinal hormones and quality of life,and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors.
