摘  要:车载液晶显示屏需适应高低温等特殊环境,液晶显示屏整平封口工艺会影响车载屏的使用寿命和显示效果,需严格控制压力整平,控制点胶量及固化光积量,确保封口的可靠性。因此,针对车载显示屏整平封口工艺,从整平封口制程、整平制程、点胶制程、渗胶制程、固化制程等环节研究点胶固化对封口可靠性的影响以及整平封口的方法。The on-board liquid crystal display screen needs to adapt to the special environment such as high and low temperature.The leveling and sealing process of liquid crystal display screen will affect the service life and display effect of the on-board screen.It is necessary to strictly control the pressure leveling,control point glue quantity and curing light volume to ensure the reliability of the sealing.Therefore,the effects of gelation on sealing reliability and the method of leveling sealing are studied from the aspects of leveling process,leveling process,dispensing process,glue permeation process and curing process.
