摘  要:针对矿用颚式破碎机“S”形肘板在使用过程中容易出现的断裂问题,对该种形式的肘板进行分析计算,结果表明结构形式缺陷是造成其在使用过程中出现断裂失效的根本原因。对于肘板的结构进行优化改进,发现其静力学性能和疲劳性能都得到了显著提升,在实践中得到了很好的应用。As for the“S”type elbow of mining jaw crusher,which is prone to breakage during use,this paper analyzes and calculates this type of elbow,and the results show that the structural form defect is the reason for its use The root cause of fracture failure.The structure of the bracket was optimized and improved.It was found that both the static and fatigue properties of the bracket had been significantly improved,and it was well applied in practice.
