摘  要:针对提升机制动系统在实际提升过程中存在制动不及时或制动力不足导致事故发生的问题,提出基于制动系统监测装置对其端面跳动、闸瓦间隙、油温和油压进行实时监测,从而实时掌握制动系统的运行状态,对故障进行及时报警和处理,避免事故的进一步发生。在对监测装置总体方案设计的基础上,详细完成了其对应的硬件设计和软件设计。In view of the problem that the brake is not in time or the brake force is insufficient in the actual lifting process of the lifting mechanism forward the real-time monitoring of the brake system based on the brake system monitoring device to monitor shoe clearance,oil temperature and oil pressure based on the brake system monitoring device,so as to grasp the operating state of the brake system in real time,alarm and deal with the fault in time,and avoid the further occurrence of the accident.Based on the overall design of the monitoring device,the corresponding hardware design and software design are completed.
