摘 要:由于煤矿井下地质条件复杂,传统的掘进机截割机构的截割控制均通过人工完成,但存在着人工劳动强度大、控制效率低下,极易出现掘进机截割机构的触顶损坏事故,给煤矿井下的掘进作业安全造成了极大的影响,基于此,提出一种新的掘进机截割机构自动控制系统。该系统能够实现对掘进机截割作业的自动化控制,自动检测截割过程中的截割状态,调整截割转速和掘进机的进给速度,能够在确保掘进安全的前提下提升掘进机的截割效率,具有较大的应用推广价值。Because of the complex geological conditions in coal mine,the traditional cutting mechanism of roadheader is controlled by manual,but there are high labor intensity and low control efficiency,so it is easy to break the roof of the cutting mechanism of roadheader,which has a great influence on the safety of roadheader operation.Based on this,a new automatic control system of cutting mechanism of roadheader is proposed,which can realize automatic control of cutting operation of roadheader,automatically detect cutting state in cutting process,adjust cutting speed and feed speed of roadheader,can improve cutting efficiency of roadheader under the premise of ensuring roadheader safety,and has great application and popularization value.
