摘　　要：由于贲门特殊的解剖结构,内镜下诊治位于贲门的黏膜下肿瘤(submucosal tumors,SMTs)有一定困难,因此过去常选择外科手术为主要治疗方法,但创伤较大,并发症较多。近年来随着消化内镜和超声内镜的发展,内镜下诊断及治疗贲门SMTs已有了较大的突破。相比于传统的外科开放性手术,内镜下或双镜联合治疗消化道SMTs具有创伤小、恢复时间短、并发症少的优势。Due to the special anatomic structure of the cardia,it is tough to diagnose and treat submucosal tumors located in cardia.Therefore,the surgery was often used in the treatments of the cardia submucosal tumors in the past.However,there are many trauma and complications.With the developments of the endoscopy and endoscopic ultrasonography,there has been a great breakthrough in the endoscopic diagnose and treatment.Compared to the traditional open surgery,endoscopic therapy and laparoscopic and gastroscopic cooperative surgery have their advantages,such as less trauma,shorter recovery time and fewer complications.
