摘　　要：肺癌发病率和病死率在中国均位居第一位,相关新药研发亟需体外功能学模型衔接其基础-临床转化。其中类器官在基础研究和临床转化等诸多方面具有明显优势。目前已可实现对穿刺、手术以及循环肿瘤细胞等标本进行成功培养,有广阔的应用前景,是良好的肿瘤转化研究模型。本文就肺癌类器官模型的历史研究进展和应用作一综述。Lung cancer has high morbidity and mortality rate.Thus,an efficient pre-clinical model that can serve the translational study is urgently needed.The application of organoid should be compared to existing in vitro and in vivo models under different circumstances.The development of organoids of lung cancer has undergone three stages as tissue-specific stem cell differentiation,mixed cell manipulation,and 2-dimensional cultivation.Now,lung cancer organoid can be developed from samples harvested through surgery,biopsy,and circulating tumor cells,with a wide range of application.This review aims to summarize the historical development and application of lung cancer organoids.
