摘  要:军队应用型研究生是我军高层次人才培养的重要组成。培养军队应用型研究生是打赢现代化战争的客观要求,是实现部队跨越发展的主观必然,是解决我军人才培养与使用脱节的现实选择。应转变培养观念、创新教学方式、改革课程组织形式、建立和完善考评标准与分配机制,推动军队应用型研究生培养模式的完善优化。The military applied postgraduate training is an important part of high level personnel training for the army.Cultivation of applied postgraduates is not only the requirement for winning in the modern war,but also the necessity to realize the troop′s spanning development and the realistic choice to resolve the disconnection between training and using of talents.The training concept,innovative instruction criteria and assignment mechanism are the factors that work together to promote the optimization of the training mode.
