摘　　要：在云计算、大数据等技术的发展过程中,电子证据成为侦破案件的关键手段。基于此,笔者首先分析了当前网络诈骗案件中电子取证的法律现状,进而分析了网络诈骗案件中电子取证存在的问题,最后分析了网络诈骗案件中完善电子取证制度的建议,希望在做到与时俱进的同时更好地维护社会正义。In the development of cloud computing,big data and other technologies,electronic evidence has become a key means to detect cases.Based on this,the author first analyzes the current legal situation of electronic forensics in network fraud cases,and then analyzes the existing problems of electronic evidence collection in network fraud cases,and finally analyzes the suggestions for improving the electronic evidence collection system in network fraud cases,hoping to better maintain social justice while keeping pace with the times.
