摘 要:本试验旨在研究五种天然主要植物精油(桉叶油、肉桂油、紫苏油、陈皮油、薄荷油)对鸭疫里默氏菌的体外抑菌效果,分别用几种植物精油对鸭疫里默氏菌的敏感性进行测定,然后再采用试管二倍稀释法测定各植物精油对鸭疫里默氏菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果表明:桉叶油、肉桂油、陈皮油、紫苏油、薄荷油对鸭疫里默氏菌的最小抑菌浓度分别为:78.12、156.24、78.12、156.24、312.5μL/L。经分析可知,桉叶油、肉桂对鸭疫里默氏菌的体外抑菌效果最佳(P<0.05),紫苏、陈皮油对鸭疫里默氏菌的体外抑菌效果次之(P<0.05),薄荷油效果最差(P<0.05)。In order to analyzed the antibacterial effect of five plant essential oils(including eucalyptus oil,cinnamon oil,theperilla seed oil,orange oil and peppermint)on Riemerella anatipestifer in vitro.First we determined the sensitivities of these essential oils to Riemerella anatipestifer.Then,the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)of essential oils of plants against Riemerella anatipestifer were determined by two fold dilution in vitro.The results showed that the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)of eucalyptus oil,cinnamon oil,orange oil,perilla seed oil against Riemerella anatipestifer was 78.12,156.24,78.12,156.24,312.5μL/L.In short,antibacterial effect of the eucalyptus oil,orange oil on Riemerella anatipestifer was the best(P<0.05),cinnamon oil,perilla seed oil was next(P<0.05),and peppermint was the worst(P<0.05).
