镇肝熄风汤结合针刺疗法治疗小儿多动症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨镇肝熄风汤加味结合针刺疗法在治疗小儿多动症中的应用效果。方法 2017年3月—2019年3月,选取114例多动症患儿作为研究对象,依据随机法将患儿分为对照组57例(镇肝熄风汤加味治疗);观察组57例(镇肝熄风汤加味结合针刺治疗),对比2组患儿的治疗效果。结果治疗后,对照组患儿临床治疗有效率为75.44%,明显低于观察组94.74%(P<0.05)。对照组患儿不良反应发生率为19.30%,明显高于观察组3.51%(P<0.05)。结论通过对多动症患儿应用镇肝熄风汤加味结合针刺治疗,能够起到显著的治疗效果,减少了不良反应的发生,具有良好的临床效果及推广应用价值。Objective To explore the application effect of Zhengan Xifeng decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD) in children. Methods From March 2017 to March 2019, 114 children with ADHD were selected as subjects. According to the randomized method, children were divided into the control group of 57 cases(Zhengan Xifeng decoction) and observation group of 57 cases(Zhengan Xifeng decoction combined with acupuncture treatment). The therapeutic effect of two groups was compared. Results After treatment, the clinical effective rate of the control group was 75.44 %,which was significantly lower than that of the observation group(94.74 %)(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 19.30%, which was significantly higher than that in the observation group(3.51 %)(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of Zhengan Xifeng decoction and acupuncture in the treatment of ADHD in children can significantly improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions. It has good clinical effects and popularization and application.
