摘　　要：目的观察大黄粉穴位贴敷联合金双歧对帕金森病患者肠道便秘症状的影响,为临床治疗提供参考。方法纳入2016月1月—2018年6月神经内科诊断的帕金森病便秘的患者76例,随机分为干预组(n=38)与对照组(n=38),2组均予帕金森病常规治疗,并进行生活方式干预,干预组在此基础上加用大黄粉穴位贴敷联合金双歧调理肠道菌群,疗程4周。结果干预组在治愈率及有效率方面均有显著疗效。结论大黄粉穴位贴敷联合金双歧在治疗帕金森病便秘方面疗效较好。Objective To observe the effect of rhubarb powder acupoint application combined with Golden Bifid on intestinal constipation symptoms of Parkinson’s disease patients, and to provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods 76 patients with Parkinson’s disease constipation diagnosed by department of neurology in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2018 were randomly divided into intervention group(n=38) and control group(n=38). Both groups received routine treatment of Parkinson’s disease and lifestyle intervention. On this basis, the intervention group was treated with rhubarb powder acupoint application combined with Golden Bifid to regulate intestinal flora for 4 weeks. Results The intervention group had significant curative effect in terms of cure rate and efficiency. Conclusion Rhubarb powder acupoint application combined with Golden Bifid is effective in the treatment of constipation of Parkinson’s disease.
