清肠愈疡汤联合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨清肠愈疡汤联合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎的效果。方法通过对2018年7月—2019年5月铁岭市中医医院脾胃病科治疗的64例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分组。对照组患者给予美沙拉嗪治疗,试验组应用清肠愈疡汤联合美沙拉嗪治疗,观察比较2组治疗效果、临床症候积分、免疫功能差异。结果试验组总有效率90.63%明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后实验组血性腹泻(0.59±0.11)分、发热(0.31±0.07)分、腹痛(0.49±0.13)分较对照组均明显下降(P<0.05);治疗后试验组Ig G(12.12±1.96)g/L、Ig A (3.96±0.75)g/L、Ig M(1.90±0.75)g/L同对照组比较明显提高(P<0.05)。结论针对溃疡性结肠炎患者应用清肠愈疡汤联合美沙拉嗪治疗效果显著,改善临床症候积分,提高免疫功能,促进溃疡愈合,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of Qingchang Yuyang decoction combined with mesalazine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods 64 patients with ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into two groups from July 2018 to May 2019. The control group was treated with mesalazine. The experimental group was treated with Qingchang Yuyang decoction combined with mesalazine.The therapeutic effect, clinical symptom score and poor immune function of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 90.63%, which was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05). After treatment,the scores of bloody diarrhea(0.59 ±0.11), fever(0.31 ±0.07) and abdominal pain(0.49 ±0.13) in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, IgG(12.12±1.96)g/L, IgA(3.96±0.75)g/L, and IgM(1.90±0.75)g/L were significantly increased in the experimental group comparing with the control group( P<0.05). Conclusion Qingchang Yuyang decoction combined with mesalazine is effective in treating ulcerative colitis. It can improve clinical symptoms, immune function and ulcer healing. It is worth popularizing and applying.
