摘　　要：《老老恒言》是中医老年养生的代表性著作,作者曹庭栋尤为重视起居养生,书中载有日常起居用具30余种,文章从中选取“枕”作为研究对象,从形态、材质、填充物及特殊功能等方面探讨枕的养生作用机制及应用价值,以期为现代老年人养生及养生保健器具的开发起到一定的指导作用。Laolao Hengyan is a representative work of health preservation for the elderly in traditional Chinese medicine.CAO Ting-dong,the author,particularly pay attention to daily life.There are more than 30 kinds of daily living utensils in the book.This paper choose‘pillow’as the research object,and explores its health preservation mechanism and application value from the aspects of shape,material,fillers and special functions,with a view to play a guiding role in health preservation and health care devices development for the modern elderly.
