摘　　要：高校招生引入综合素质评价是新高考改革的重要内容,应鼓励高校在"两依据一参考"的基础上积极探索多样化的综合评价招生录取方式。综合评价招生试点高校的改革实践表明,综合评价招生公平面临诸多困境,可以归纳为以下几点:高中综合素质信息真实性不足、评价结果可比性不高,高校综合素质评价缺乏客观标准、评价过程难以公平公正,材料审阅与面试结合不充分、综合素质评价不够全面深入,综合素质评价偏向"城市化",等等。这些困境的应对需要细化综合素质评价内容、方式与标准,弱化综合素质评价的主观性,建立新型高校与高中联动机制,科学处理材料审阅与面试的关系,重视学生个体成长背景考察,强化高校自律意识与能力,增强社会民众维权意识。The comprehensive quality evaluation in college enrollment is an important part of the reform of the new college entrance examination,and it is an active exploration of the path of scientific selection of college admissions.Under the background of the new college entrance examination,the fairness of college students'comprehensive quality evaluation faces many difficulties.The high school comprehensive quality information is insufficient in authenticity.Evaluation results are not comparable.University comprehensive quality evaluation lacks objective standards.The evaluation process is difficult to be fair and equitable.The material review and interview combination are inadequate.The comprehensive quality evaluation is not comprehensive enough,and comprehensive quality evaluation is biased towards"city change"and so on.The response to these dilemmas needs to refine the content,methods and standards of comprehensive quality evaluation,weaken the subjectivity of comprehensive quality evaluation,establish a new type of university and high school linkage mechanism,scientifically handle the relationship between material review and interview,pay attention to the background of individual student growth,and strengthen universities self-discipline consciousness and ability to enhance the public's awareness of rights protection.
