摘 要:船舶动力装置含有大量的泵类旋转设备,这些振源设备会通过设备支承结构和管路向外传递振动,浮筏隔振措施由于减振效果好、便于模块化建造等典型特点成为目前船舶隔振发展趋势。船舶动力装置具有集中质量大、系统复杂、振源设备多、振动特性多样化等典型特点,给浮筏隔振设计等带来一定的困难。本文针对集中质量复杂系统开展了浮筏隔振方案研究工作,提出了集成质量浮筏隔振系统设计原则,并结合隔振系统静力学特性分析、隔振系统固有频率分析、减振效果分析等,形成了合理可行的船舶动力装置集中质量系统浮筏隔振方案。Ship power equipment contains a large number of pump rotating equipments,and vibration will be passed out through support structure and pipes by these vibration source devices.Floating raft vibration isolation has become one of the mainstream trends of ship vibration isolation measures because of good vibration damping effect and easy modular construction.The ship power plants has typical characteristics such as large concentrated quality,complex system,many vibration source equipment and diverse vibration characteristics,which brings certain difficulties to the design of floating raft vibration isolation.The floating raft vibration isolation was researched on in this paper for concentrated quality and complex system,and the design principle was proposed.A reasonable and feasible program of floating raft vibration isolation for ship power equipment with concentrated quality was formed in this paper combined with analysis of static characteristics,natural frequency and vibration isolation effect.
