言语行为转喻视域下中国政治话语研究——以外交部发言人华春莹发言稿为例

摘　　要：随着我国日益走进世界舞台中央,如何讲好中国故事,构建完善的中国政治话语体系,增强我国的国家传播能力显得尤为重要。许多学者从对话、语境、外译策略以及外媒涉华报道等方面探讨了我国的政治话语。基于前人的研究,从认知和语用的角度出发,选取外交部发言人华春莹女士就疫情期间美国"甩锅"事件的发言作为研究语料,运用言语行为转喻理论,试图剖析中国政治话语的内在认知机制,以期为更好地研究中国政治话语中语言建构的微观机制提供新的视角。As our nation is approaching the center of the world,it is of great importance to tell well the Chinese stories,to construct the excellent system of Chinese political discourse and to strengthen our national propagation.Many scholars have studied on the Chinese political discourse from the following aspects:conversation,context,translation,and reports on China from the foreign media.Based on the previous studies,the inner cognitive mechanism of the Chinese political discourse will be explored from the cognitive and pragmatic perspectives,adopting the speech act metonymy as its theory.The statement addressed by the foreign ministry spokeswoman Hua Chunying is chosen as the research material,which aims to fight against the American"passing the buck"during the novel coronavirus epidemic.Such study is targeted at providing a new perspective to better probe into the micro-mechanism embedded in the Chinese political discourse.
