摘 要:高频感应焊机可用于钢管直缝焊接,主要特点为开关频率高和设备功率大,功率器件为硅MOSFET和硅快恢复二极管。由于硅基功率器件的特性限制,高频感应焊机的效率、容量和成本受到了一定制约。随着碳化硅功率器件技术的不断成熟,其性能特点尤其适用于大功率高频感应焊机设备。通过对硅和碳化硅功率器件参数进行对比分析,使用碳化硅功率器件对现有串联型高频感应焊机主电路进行优化,并设计了适用于多器件并联的SiC MOSFET驱动电路和功率单元。最后,搭建了1台100 kW/500 kHz的SiC MOSFET串联型高频感应焊机样机,进行实验测试。实验结果表明,所设计的高频感应焊机性能和焊接效率均高于现有设备。A high-frequency induction welder can be used for steel pipe welding owing to its main features such as high switching frequency and high power.Its power devices are silicon MOSFET and silicon fast recovery diode.Due to the limitation on silicon-based power devices,the efficiency,capacity and cost of this type of welder are restricted to a certain degree.Along with the development of silicon carbide(SiC)power device technology,the device’s characteristics are especially suitable for high-power and high-frequency induction welders.By comparing and analyzing the parameters of silicon and SiC power devices,the primary circuit of the existing series high-frequency induction welder is optimized by means of SiC power devices,and the drive circuit and power module of SiC MOSFET suitable for multi-device parallel connection are designed.Finally,a 100 kW/500 kHz SiC MOSFET series high-frequency induction welder was built and tested.Experimental results show that the performance and welding efficiency of the designed high-frequency induction welder were higher than those of the existing equipment.
