上蜡硬木家具表面性能评价方法研究

摘　　要：传统烫蜡工艺与现代漆托蜡工艺是深色名贵硬木家具的重要涂饰方法,但现有国家标准及行业标准对上蜡硬木家具表面性能的评价不甚适用。通过对上蜡硬木家具涂饰外观质量评定和表面理化性能测定,结合已有研究初步制定上蜡硬木家具的性能评价方法。研究表明:对上蜡硬木家具表面涂饰外观的要求与普通油漆涂饰的要求具有一定的相似性,但又具有自身特点;传统烫蜡涂层表面除附着力与抗冲击性能优良外,其他理化性能均较差;漆托蜡硬木家具表面的理化性能较一般油漆涂层的差,因此对其理化性能的要求根据试验结果相应降低,但漆托蜡家具表面的附着力与抗冲击性优良,将这两项定为“基本要求,不低于1级”。Traditional waxing process and modern paint supporting wax process were important finishing methods for valuable hardwood furniture in deep color.The surface performance of waxed hardwood furniture could not be evaluated accurately by the current national standards and industry standards.Through evaluating the appearance quality of waxed hardwood furniture and measuring the physical and chemical properties of the surface,the performance evaluation method of waxed hardwood furniture was preliminarily established based on the existing research.The results indicated that:1)surface quality for waxed hardwood furniture was similar to that for common coating,and it also had its own characteristics;2)except for adhesion or impact resistance,other physical and chemical performances were poor of hardwood by traditional waxing process;3)physical and chemical properties of coating by paint supporting wax process were worse than common coating,so the requirements were reduced correspondingly.
