摘  要:建立了家具样品中7种萜烯类挥发性有机化合物的热脱附分析-气质联用检测方法。以空的石英管作为家具样品的释放装置,经热脱附装置加热,挥发性有机化合物脱附后随载气进入检测系统。考察了样品管脱附温度、热脱附时间等参数对挥发性有机物脱附效果的影响。结果表明:7种萜烯类挥发性有机化合物在10~1000 ng质量范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数在0.9980~0.9991之间,方法的检出限在0.21~0.43 ng之间。加标回收和精密度试验结果显示:7种萜烯的回收率为96.8%~109.8%,相对标准偏差在2.5%~6.3%之间。试验表明:方法适用于家具样品检测。An analytical method for the determination of 7 terpenes in furnitures by thermal desorption analysis-gas chromatography/mass spectrometry(TDA-GC/MS)was established.In this method,the empty quartz tube was used as the emission device of volatile organic compounds(VOC)from furnitures,and the volatile organic compounds were desorbed and injected into the detection system with the carrier gas.The influence of desorption temperature and desorption time on the desorption of VOC were investigated.As a result,7 terpenes showed good linearity over the range of 10~1000 ng with correlation coefficient ranging between 0.9980 and 0.9991,and the detection limits of the target compounds were in the range of 0.21~0.43 ng.Recovery was tested by standard additions,giving results 96.8%~109.8%.Values of the relative standard deviations for 7 terpenes were in the range of 2.5%~6.3%.The results showed that the method was suitable for the detection of furniture samples.
