摘　　要：竹质异色重组装饰材是以竹束为原料,通过深度匀染、异色竹束重组等关键技术制造而成,具有良好装饰效果的竹质建筑装饰材料。在竹质异色重组装饰材工业化生产技术开发基础上,分析产品制造过程的生产成本,总结降低产品制造成本方法,以期为竹质异色重组装饰材工业化生产过程中的成本控制提供参考。Bamboo based decorative scrimber is manufactured by dyed bamboo bundles with different colors based on key technologies such as flexible bamboo bundle processing,bamboo bundle deep level dyeing,etc.It is a kind of bamboo based material with excellent decorative effect.The cost of bamboo based decorative scrimber based on its industrial manufacture technology was analyzed in the present study.Possible solutions for controlling the cost of bamboo based decorative scrimber were discussed.It was supposed to provide referent data for the industrial production and promotion of bamboo based decorative scrimber.
