《黄帝内经》中的“脏”“象”与脏象学说

摘　　要：《黄帝内经》是一部从人的体表形象现象,研究人类的生理学、病理学、观察诊断学、治疗学,破译人类生命科学的医宗经典,是一个系统、科学、完整的脏象学说信息医学理论体系,其精髓就是脏象学说。岐伯在《移精变气论》里告诉后人,脏象学说是医家修为成"神医"的"要极、大则",在诊断治疗时要"用之不惑",如果"逆从倒行",就会"亡神失国"。在《外揣》里明确告诉后人,只要悟通了脏象学说,观察病情就如"日月之明,不失其影。水镜之察,不失其形。鼓响之应,不后其声。动摇则应和,尽得其情"。脏象学说是一个科学、规范的临床操作规程,是一种顺势思维、快速反应的观察诊断通道,所以黄帝称其为"医道"。扁鹊、医缓、医和、仓公、张仲景、华佗等就是依据这个简洁、科学、完整、系统、规范的操作规程,修为成了闻而知病和望而知病的"神医"。本文论证什么是脏象学说中的脏,什么是脏象学说中的象,什么是脏象学说,古人是用什么方法观察脏的动摇和象的应和,而"尽知其情",学医者又怎样才能在最短的时间内,修为成闻而知病和望而知病的"神医"。Huangdi Neijing is a medical classical work that studies human physiology,pathology,observation and diagnosis,and therapeutics from the appearance of human body,and deciphers human life science.It is a medical secret collection handed down by tantrism that teaches doctors how to build medical sages‘know diseases’.It is a systematic,scientific and complete theoretical system of visceral image theory and information medicine,and its essence is the theory of visceral manifestations.In Yijing Bianqi Lun,Qibo tells us the key to be a good doctor,and the theory of visceral manifestations should be used in diagnosis and treatment.In Waichuai,it tells us that the theory of visceral manifestations is the key to treat the disease.The theory of visceral manifestations is a scientific and standard clinical operation procedure,and it is a kind of observation and diagnosis channel with homeopathic thinking and rapid response,which is called‘art of healing’.Bianque,Yihuan,Yihe,Canggong,ZHANG Zhong-jing,HUA Tuo and other divine doctors became divine doctors according to this simple,scientific,complete,systematic and standardized operating procedure.This paper demonstrates what is the theory of visceral manifestations,discusses how the ancients observed the visceral manifestations,and how can a doctor learn to become a miracle doctor in the shortest time.
