摘 要:人们把适应环境的昼夜变化而产生的各种生命现象,称之为昼夜节律。昼夜节律参与了机体多种生命活动,其中就包括了肾脏,肾脏功能会随着时间的变化而变化。慢性肾脏病与昼夜节律关系密切,体现在很多方面。根据国内外多项实验证实,人体中与之最相关的基因是生物钟基因,其中,Bmal1基因是最重要的时钟元件之一。而中医对于昼夜节律紊乱与人体的关系也有一定的认识。文章就慢性肾脏病与昼夜节律紊乱之间的关系进行综述。Circadian rhythm is a general term of the various life phenomena which are produced by adapting to the changes of the day and night of the environment.Circadian rhythms are involved in a variety of bodily activities,including the kidneys,which change over time.Chronic kidney disease is closely related to circadian rhythm in many aspects.According to a number of experiments at home and abroad,the most relevant gene in human body is clock gene,among which Bmal1 gene is one of the most important clock elements.Traditional Chinese medicine also has a certain understanding of the relationship between circadian rhythm disorder and the human body.This article reviewed the relationship between chronic kidney disease and circadian rhythm disorders.
