六一散联合气垫对危重症患者压疮的预防效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨六一散联合气垫对于危重病患者压疮产生的预防效果观察.方法选取2018年3月至2019年3月需长时间卧床的危重病患者80例,分为联合治疗组和对照组,每组各40例.联合治疗组患者使用六一散联合气垫进行压疮预防护理,对照组患者独立使用气垫进行压疮预防护理,护理周期为14d.比较两组患者的压疮情况.结果联合治疗组患者发生压疮2例且均为I度压疮;对照组患者发生压疮9例,其中6例为I度压疮,3例为Ⅱ度压疮.联合治疗组压疮发生率(5.0%)比对照组压疮发生率(22.5%)显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者生活质量比治疗前明显改善,但联合治疗组患者改善更为明显,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合治疗组患者对于护理质量满意度(90.00%)与对照组(60%)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论六一散联合气垫比单独使用气垫能够有效预防压疮的发生,值得在临床进行推广应用.Objective To explore the preventive effect of Liuyi powder combined with air cushion on pressure sore in critical patients.Methods 80 critical patients who were diagnosed and admitted in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were enrolled in the combined treatment group and the control group,with 40 patients in each group.Patients in the combined treatment group were treated with Liuyisan combined with air cushion for pressure ulcer prevention care,and the control group patients independently used air cushion.Nursing period was 14 days.After the nursing period,the pressure ulcers of the two groups were evaluated and observed.Results In the combined treatment group,2 patients with pressure ulcers were all I-degree pressure sores in the control group,9 patients developed pressure ulcers,6 of which were I-degree pressure sores and 3 were II degree pressure sores.The incidence of pressure ulcers in the combined treatment group(5.0%)compared with the pressure ulcer in the control group(22.5%)was significantly lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life of the combined treatment group and the control group was significandy improved compared with that before treatment,but the improvement was more obvious in the combination treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant.The satisfaction of quality(90.00%)was higher than that of the control group(60%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the use of air cushion alone,the combination of Liuyi powder and air cushion can prevent the occurrence of pressure ulcer more effectively,which is worthy of clinical application.
