血清S-100β蛋白和神经元特异性烯醇化酶在脑出血患者中的表达

摘　　要：目的:探讨血清S-100β蛋白和神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)在脑出血患者中的表达。方法:采用回顾性分析方法,选取2018年3月-2019年3月笔者所在医院收治的脑出血患者45例为研究组,根据预后情况分为研究组A(预后恶劣24例)及研究组B(预后良好21例);选取同期健康体检者45例为对照组。对全部患者进行血清S-100β蛋白和NSE检测,计算血清S-100β蛋白、NSE浓度平均值及峰值。结果:研究组血清S-100β蛋白、NSE浓度平均值、峰值均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组A血清S-100β蛋白、NSE浓度平均值、峰值均高于研究组B,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑出血患者血清S-100β蛋白、NSE浓度均高于健康人群。此外,可将血清S-100β蛋白、NSE用于脑出血患者预后评估中。Objective:To study the expression of serum S-100βprotein and neuron-specific enolase in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Method:A retrospective analysis was conducted in 45 patients with cerebral hemorrhage who admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 as the study group.According to the prognosis,they were divided into the study group A(24 cases with poor prognosis)and the study group B(21 cases with good prognosis).And 45 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.Serum S-100βprotein and NSE were detected in all patients,and the mean values and peak values of serum S-100βprotein,NSE concentration were calculated.Result:The mean values and peak values of serum S-100βprotein and NSE concentration of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The mean values and peak values of serum S-100βprotein,NSE concentration in the study group A were higher than those of the study group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The concentrations of serum S-100βprotein and NSE in patients with cerebral hemorrhage were higher than those of the healthy population.In addition,serum S-100βprotein and NSE can be used to evaluate the prognosis of patients with cerebral hemorrhage.
