甲泼尼龙联合人血免疫球蛋白治疗自身免疫性脑炎的临床价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨自身免疫性脑炎(AE)患者应用甲泼尼龙联合人血免疫球蛋白的临床价值。方法:选取2015年1月-2019年1月笔者所在医院接收的自身免疫性脑炎患者66例为对象,以整群随机化方式分设成两组。给予对照组行甲泼尼龙治疗,研究组行甲泼尼龙联合人血免疫球蛋白治疗。观察两组的认知能力、细胞免疫水平和炎症因子水平。结果:对照组治疗后认知功能评分低于研究组,对照组治疗后的炎症因子水平均高于研究组,研究组治疗后细胞免疫水平优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对自身免疫性脑炎患者予以甲泼尼龙联合人血免疫球蛋白治疗,能取得较好效果,提高认知能力,机体免疫功能提升,炎症因子水平降低。Objective:To investigate the clinical value of Methylprednisolone combined with Human Immunoglobulin in patients with autoimmune encephalitis.Method:A total of 66 patients with autoimmune encephalitis from January 2015 to January 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the control group were treated with Methylprednisolone.The patients in the study group were treated with Methylprednisolone combined with Human Immunoglobulin.The cognitive ability,cellular immune level and inflammatory factor level of the two groups were observed.Result:The cognitive function score of the control group was lower than that of the study group(P<0.05).The level of inflammatory factors in the control group was higher than that of the study group(P<0.05).The cellular immune level of the study group was significantly better that that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Methylprednisolone combined with Human Immunoglobulin in the treatment of autoimmune encephalitis can achieve better results,improve cognitive ability,improve immune function and reduce the level of inflammatory factors.
