摘　　要：目的:研究快速康复外科对胃恶性肿瘤患者术后炎性反应及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2016-2018年笔者所在科接受手术治疗的胃癌恶性肿瘤患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,其中观察组532例,对照组528例,均接受传统及腹腔镜肿瘤切除术治疗。对照组采用胃恶性肿瘤术后常规围术期管理,观察组采用快速康复外科管理,比较两组手术后生活质量和炎性因子水平。结果:行胃恶性肿瘤术后,观察组躯体功能、认知功能、社会功能、角色功能、情绪功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8炎性因子水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:快速康复有利于胃恶性肿瘤患者术后快速康复并减缓炎症,值得推广。Objective:To study the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery on postoperative inflammatory response and quality of life in patients with gastric malignant tumors.Method:Patients with gastric cancer malignancies who underwent surgical treatment in my department from 2016 to 2018 were selected as the research object,they were randomly divided into two groups,including 532 cases in the observation group,528 patients in the control group,all patients received traditional and minimally invasive laparoscopic tumor resection.Patients in the control group were treated with routine perioperative management of gastric malignant tumors,and patients in the observation group were administered with rapid rehabilitation surgery.The postoperative quality of life and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Result:After the operation of gastric malignant tumors,the physical function,cognitive function,social function,role function,and emotional function score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).The levels of TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6,and IL-8 inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Rapid rehabilitation surgery is beneficial for patients with gastric malignant tumors to recover quickly after surgery and reduce inflammation,which is worthy of promotion.
