新古典逻辑主导的城市空间生产及其空间格局演化机理——以洛阳市为例

摘　　要：随着工业化、城市化和经济全球化的快速发展,空间本身已成为资本生产的对象和增值的场所。新马克思主义空间生产理论为城市空间格局演进提供了新的视角,城市通过空间生产可以提升产业竞争优势、实现集聚外部性和规模报酬递增。为了深入分析空间生产的过程,构建了基于新古典逻辑的空间生产模型,通过空间资本深化与空间资本广化机制系统分析了城市空间生产、空间修复和空间扩张现象,结合洛阳市城市空间演化的轨迹,试图揭示城市空间格局演化的一般规律。空间生产模型比较静态分析结果表明,应引导空间资本合理流动,形成空间生产的有效机制,在空间与产业双重维度下优化城市空间格局,构建协调有序的大中小城市和谐共生的城市空间组织体系,在协调、均衡、共享的理念下引领城市精明、紧凑、可持续和高质量发展。With the rapid development of industrialization, urbanization and economic globalization, space itself has become the object of capital production and a place for value-added. The new Marxist space production theory provides a new perspective for the evolution of urban spatial pattern. Urban production can enhance industrial competitive advantage, achieve agglomeration externalities and increase returns to scale. In order to deeply analyze the process of space production, this paper constructs a spatial production model based on neoclassical logic, and analyzes urban spatial production, spatial restoration and spatial expansion through spatial capital deepening and spatial capital widening mechanism, in an attempt to reveal the evolution of urban spatial pattern. The general rule. Comparing the static analysis results of the space production model, it should show that the spatial capital should flow reasonably, form an effective mechanism of space production, optimize the urban spatial pattern under the dual dimensions of space and industry, and construct a coordinated and orderly urban spatial organization system of harmonious symbiosis in large, medium and small cities. Leading the city in a smart, compact, sustainable and high quality development under the concept of coordination, balance and sharing.
